When does the current Fortnite OG season end and Chapter 1 Season 2 arrive?
Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 1 will end on Jan. 31, 2025 at 5 a.m. EST, as stated by the OG Pass in-game.
There hasn’t been an official announcement by Epic Games, but it has been stated by Shiina and HYPEX on X that Season 2 will start on the same day of Jan. 31.
How often will Fortnite OG seasons and maps change?
With this first season lasting eight weeks, the assumption — though not confirmed — is each new Chapter 1 season will also come into rotation every eight weeks. A leaked Fortnite OG schedule by El Packito on X seemingly also confirms this, with the final season, Season X, arriving on June 1, 2026. That’s some wait if true — but as with Fortnite
When to expect in Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 2
As for what we can expect during the next map change, Chapter 1 Season 2 brought along a lot of new changes that fans and players grew to love. Season 2 introduced vital items such as the small shield potion, boogie bomb, and chug jug, and added the famous Tilted Towers to the map. The Season 2 battle pass also had highly coveted skins like the Blue Squire, Royale Knight, and Black Knight.
